Belle has olive/tanned skin and dark hazel eyes. She's has a boyish (petite) type shape to her body. Belle has very messy wavy/curly dark brown hair that reaches her mid back. She usually keeps her in a loose ponytail with the occasional red bow on top.  Belle has a two hair curls: One very noticeable kinky hair curl that represents the Mississippi River and very unnoticeable small curl that represents Crowley's Ridge.

Belle is a peppy, rowdy and stubborn who has a lot of energy in her and likes spends a lot of her roaming around try to find something interesting to see. Belle is a lot more tomboyish and very much tougher than most would think. Many under estimate her, which makes her very determined and strong willed. She hates it when people pity her, so Belle never wants to show weakness. Because of this, Belle will not ask for help even if she needs it. She doesn't like to cry no matter how sad she is, though it get really tough for her not to at times. She cares very much for her friends and family and will do ANYTHING to help or protect them to a point were it's reckless.

Belle's over all is genuinely a nice and friendly. The girl is actually very talkative and loves making new friends, though she does have a temper. If you do or say something to her she doesn't like, she can get angry very quickly and have an explosive reaction. She often uses the word 'asshat' to insult people. This girl is pretty competitive so she'll take anybody for a challenge or bet even when knows for a fact that she can't do it. Belle is very awkward when it comes to showing and receiving affection. Belle is also easily embarrassed; just say something sexual or perverted in front of her or show her affection. 

Belle doesn't trust new people, especially if they're male, right off the back.  She'll come off a little rude and cold at first, but if you gain her trust, she'll probably be one the nicest people you'll meet.  Belle also has a pretty bad temper.  Depending on the person and her mood, she'll go off in a split second.  Even though she has this temper, Belle has a tendency of holding back on how she truly feels on most things. These feelings tend to build up inside of her until it's released in a rather explosive manner, thus being the reason why she has the temper in the first place.  

Belle is very determined.  She's not going down without a fight and will finish the job she's assigned to at all cost. She's a really good friend, who'll help you get through your troubles and is willing to sacrifice her happiness for her friend's. 

Belle is rather flexible and dances very well, though she has a tendency to deny so.

*Tends to get sleepy rather easily

*Tends to doing small things that annoy the heck of people.  (Like tapping her finger or pencil on the desk, etc.)

Antonio (Spain) Took care of her when she was just little, along with Francis. He introduced her to tomatoes, taught her many of things she knows, and gave her the red bow she wears in her hair now. Since his disappearance, Belle has been worried sick about him, though it doesn't seem like.

Francis (France) Also took care of her when she was younger.  Francis had the idea in his head when Belle was younger to train Belle up to be a 'proper lady', though Belle ignored much of his training.   They're still seen together and they chat often.

Alfred (America) Considers Belle as his younger sister.  Belle loves her brother, but she often gets very irritated with him.

Kyle (Australia) Belle gets along with Kyle, though the kola bear he like to carry kind of creeps her out. Though they don't talk much, Belle thinks Kyle is a really good leader in the reception subject.

Matthew (Canada)  Considers him her brother along with Alfred. Although Belle finds Matthew's shyness pretty cute, she wishes that Matthew would speak up for himself more often. 

Lia Xiong (Hong Kong) Their relationship is okay. Belle can't really tell what he's thinking and she doesn't really talk to him outside of their subject, but Belle find him a pretty dependable person.

Maricela (Philippines) Belle get along really well with Maricela. They're a lot alike, from their determined personality and to their lacking of the chest area. They sometimes cause a lot of trouble with Cerise and Mei, but they usually end up getting away with it. Usually. 

Cerise (Seychelles) They get along really well with each other.  They sometimes cause trouble along with Maricela.

Mei (Taiwan) The two get along very well. Belle likes her strong willing-ness, but sometimes wishes she wouldn't worry so much about some things. 

Yong Soo (South Korea) They're relationship is okay. She wishes that he have to claim people's breast, for it's awkward for her.
